Necessary to Sewing. Period XIX Century

Fun sewing necessiary in gilded metal, presented in a mother-of-pearl shell, planted in a painted base simulating lapis lazuli.
The different elements find their place in on a fringed cushion.
There is a thimble, a pair of scissors, a needle case, a wire cutter and two pins (attached).
The shell closes like a seashell, for a catch decorated with leaf.
